GSAS Compass: Help for doctoral and master’s students in the Arts and Sciences to identify, work toward, and achieve their post-graduation career goals. It offers a variety of career development services including career development workshops, employer events, networking opportunities, and one-on-one advising.
Columbia Alumni Association (CAA): Career resources include frequent networking mixers; preferred access to a network of accredited professional alumni career coaches for fee-based, one-on-one career coaching; alumni business cards; and complimentary access to premium subscription-based job search tools. GSAS Fellowships in Academic Administration: Apprenticeships each term for students in Columbia's administrative offices.
3-Minute Thesis (3MT) Competition: Showcases the research of Columbia’s doctoral student community.
GSAS Master's SynThesis Competition: Gives MA students in Arts and Sciences the opportunity to showcase their research and presentation skills in a relaxed and collegial environment.
Columbia Entrepreneurship: Supports, invigorates, accelerates, and motivates innovation, creativity, and entrepreneurship at Columbia.
The Columbia Social Entrepreneurship Group: Pairs teams of students with social enterprise organizations to provide a wide array of enterprise development services.

Job Search 360 workshops on a variety of topics including resumes and cover letters, interviewing, networking, and negotiations.

PhD Pathways series, including career exploration workshops for PhD students in STEM fields and humanities/social science disciplines, and career conversations with alumni.
